Bekah Music Coaching

The biggest transformation of my life began with a spiritual awakening.

At night, when everything else slowed down, a part of me started calling out for my attention – like my soul could no longer continue being unexpressed, watching myself put so little time and energy into the true things that made me happy.

I knew in my heart that I’d regret it at the end of my life if I didn’t confront my fears.

Hi! I'm Bekah, and I’m devoted to helping you overcome performance anxiety and find freedom from the fear holding you back.

How do I know how to do this? Because I’ve been there too.

For as long as I can recall, I’ve always loved the performing arts. When I was five years old, I loved dancing with my best friend in dance class. But before the first recital, I quit because I was too scared of going onstage.

As a teenager I thrived playing flute as first chair in the school band, even achieving a spot in the all-state symphonic band.

I played bass guitar and started practicing with a friend in what could be called the beginning of a band. I also loved to sing, but only if no one else was around.

Singing and playing music lit me up with happiness, but there came a day I had a thought so powerful that it stuck:

“I can’t pursue music anymore. You have to be able to perform live, and I don’t have what it takes.”

As a result, I put all my time and energy into what I thought I “should” do to achieve success and be happy.

Earning a scholarship, obtaining a degree, finding a career, and gaining skills, experience, and promotions.

Life looked good, at least on the outside.

Despite all that, something was missing.

With my soul leading the way, I put the true things that made me happy first-

-for the first time in my life.

I was shaking like a leaf the first time I worked up the courage to let another living soul hear me sing. It was exhilarating, and rewarding because I’d taken the first step.

Today, I’m overjoyed to honor the part of me that needs to play. I perform regularly on vocals, guitar, and ukulele, and have played hundreds of live performances both streamed and in-person.

It took me years to learn how to manage my performance anxiety, but it doesn’t have to take you that long.

With me as your coach, you can overcome the anxiety holding you back from performing like you know you’re meant to.

What are you waiting for?

Bekah’s guidance has transformed my process. From the moment we started working together, most of my fear went away.

Today I am someone with the confidence, tools, resources, and a deep knowing of my ability to do this. Without her, I would still be struggling in that swamp of doubt and fear.”

Bekah is a force to be reckoned with and wise beyond her years. She has been coaching me for about 6 months and has helped me navigate some big challenges.

We always get to the heart of the matter very quickly and she’s great
at seeing aspects of a situation I don’t (which is why a good coach is
priceless). She is a very good listener with keen insights that help
bring out solutions I wouldn’t have come up with on my own.

Her gentle questioning and compassion create a very safe space to
share whatever is on my mind and heart. I highly recommend Bekah as a coach

“The first thing you notice about Bekah is her pleasant demeanor. She has a way of creating a calm, inviting environment.

She doesn’t bombard you with questions, instead she opens space to allow you to explore. When she does add to the space, her comments are respectful, well timed, nuggets of gold.

She has helped me to remove the clouds obscuring my vision so that I can move forward in my business and in my life.

If you’re looking for a guide to help you navigate your wilderness, look no further.”

“I look forward to my coaching sessions each week with Bekah. They are a time when I can open up and be myself 100%, without concern of judgement.

She provides a really safe and open listening space for me to process ongoing personal and business issues that need resolution. I am able to talk them out, be reflected to accurately, then see opportunities and work creatively and productively to a solution. Bekah is a compassionate, sensitive coach, with lots of tools to help me find my own solutions to my very personal, complex challenges.

I always feel satisfied when I come away from a session with Bekah. I feel like I have moved forward, and for me, that’s the essence and benefit of coaching.”
